How to make an online deposit?

In order to make an online deposit via your banking institution, create a new “payable” using the following.

• Investia Financial Services Inc.

(ALSO, IN FRENCH: INVESTIA SERVICES FINANCIERS INC)

You will also require your account number which is located on your statement or you can call into our office and we can provide it for you at 647-288-1394.

Once you have set up your banking, you will be able to make your on-line deposits to your accounts.

How do I log into the Client Portal?

Please click on the link below and follow the steps listed:

www.investia.ca

Client ID: XXXXXXXXX

1. At the top right hand, please click on “Connect”

2. Choose “Client Portal”

3. Click on “Create Account”

4. Fill in all the fields

5. Click on “Continue”

6. Enter your “Client Number”

7. Click on “Continue”

8. Answer all the Security Questions (please keep these on hand in case you need to refer to them)

9. Click on “Continue”

10. Click on “LOG IN”

Once you are logged in, you will be asked to Register for e-delivery, we highly recommend you complete this process. The statements will be delivered to your client portal and you will be able to view or download anytime you wish as many times as you wish.

You will then see all accounts registered in your name. When you have clicked on one of the accounts, you can family link with another family member by simply clicking on “Family Links” and follow the step by step instructions on the left hand side of the screen.

How can I reset my Client Portal Log in or Password?

When you try to log into the Client Portal there is “Forgot your login information?”, click on the link. You will be prompted to enter you Client ID number. and you then receive an email with a temporary password. This number is located on your statement or you can call into our office and we can provide it to you at 647-288-1394.

To retrieve your user ID, once you have logged in using your Client ID number and temporary password, click on “Options” on the top right-hand side. Then click on “Settings” and your username is just under “Security”.

You can also call our office and we will be glad to reset your password. Once we reset your password you will receive an email from head office with a temporary password.

How do I update my address, email or phone numbers?

You can do one of these 2 ways:

1. Via the client portal – see steps below:

a. Options
b. Client Information
c. Edit

2. Send us a quick email and we will forward you the appropriate form. Please send requests to k.maingot@iainvestia.ca.

How do I get a copy of my statement?

You can do one of these 2 ways:

1. Via the Client Portal

a. My Documents
b. Filter click on “Statements”
c. Download the appropriate statement file date you wish

2. Send us a quick email, we will call you to confirm and then send it to you password protected

How do I get a copy of my Tax Receipt?

You can do one of these 2 ways:

1. Via the Client Portal

a. My Documents
b. Filter click on “Tax Slips” – this can only be done if is a Nominee Account
c. Download the appropriate slip

If it is for a Client Name Account, send us a quick email, we will call you to confirm and then send it to you password protected. This can also be done if it is a Nominee Account.
